Bobby Youngs is Canopy’s founder and serves as director of Creative and Strategy. He brings more than twenty-five years of in-depth advertising and media planning experience to each campaign. Bobby’s diverse professional background spans multiple disciplines. Through his career, Bobby has lead creative, production, sales, and advertising operations for various media groups and is widely sought after as a consultant and subject matter expert. “Advertising technology and its targeting sophistication are fascinating, but it’s still important to keep core advertising principles in mind, and how strategic thinking can maximize each opportunity.”

Bobby most enjoys the creative ideation process and helping our agency partners develop the most effective strategy for their client’s campaigns. “I started Canopy with the mission in mind to offer best-in-class ad tech to agencies and marketers who might otherwise be forced to purchase through large media outlets. I believe that Canopy is ideally positioned to provide our clients with a personal level of service that is generally missing from big media companies.” When Bobby is not crafting a new digital strategy for his clients you can find him enjoying time with his wife Sidney and son and daughter Robin and Jesse.

Devin is at the helm of optimization and campaign strategy for Canopy. She is passionate about creative thinking and taking a tactical approach to business intelligence and audience engagement. Devin helps clients exceed their long-term goals by optimizing their media plans and developing multi-channel, cross-vertical approaches to each unique challenge. She is a hands-on leader, emphasizes constant communication, and implements concepts that quantifiably improve the value of data collection and audience targeting.

Devin has a life-long passion for strategic marketing and has worked with multiple platforms since earning her degree in Mass Media from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. When she is not working, she can usually be found near a lake with her yellow lab, Sully.

Amanda supports Canopy’s Account Managers as a graphic designer and creative strategist. With a degree in Design from Penn State University and a multi-faceted background as an in-house Creative Director and Art Director, Amanda helps Canopy’s partners thrive with distinctive, impactful campaigns.

Driven by perfectionism, Amanda crafts design solutions for a wide range of clients that are not only thoughtful and meaningful, but also backed by data.

While graphic design is her passion, Amanda also enjoys creating fiber art and traveling with her husband and two boys.

Gracie supports Canopy’s strategic marketing and branding efforts as our Business Development Coordinator. She graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Public Relations and has a background in storytelling, problem solving and communications. Gracie has an attention to detail and looks for ways to always learn. She loves to hear people’s stories and spend time learning about how she can help them.

Kayla supports all aspects of Canopy’s Digital Media and Operations team and brings a variety of skills in strategic and integrated marketing to the company. In addition to facilitating data analysis, Kayla coordinates all aspects of multi-channel campaign reporting, optimization and client management.

Kayla is dependable and is passionate about learning, growing, and finding new ways to help develop the organization. Through her previous work experience, she has learned that communication and creating a supportive work environment are key to success. Kayla plans on expanding her educational focus on multiple aspects of digital marketing and advertising technology.

Liliana is Canopy’s digital media strategist and is responsible for project management, data analysis and campaign optimization. She studied Marketing Innovation and Growth at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and has worked with CRM Management, data reporting and managing team improvement strategies.

Liliana believes in the importance of creating meaningful relationships and is motivated by a passion for lifelong learning. She strives to expand her knowledge about all areas of digital marketing to determine how a variety of tools and techniques can enhance both the audience and client’s experiences. She adds a positive and determined attitude to the team and demonstrates persistence through creative and colorful problem-solving skills.

As Canopy’s Campaign Data and Reporting Administrator, Luke brings his passion for marketing analytics and business intelligence to the forefront of our data science initiatives. Luke’s exacting attention to detail and affinity for project management are a natural fit for his day to day responsibilities, which include deploying Canopy’s campaign conversion systems and platforms which include WhatConverts, Datorama, Salesforce, MOAT and more.

With an always cheerful disposition and a customer-first mindset, Luke can typically be found immersed in the latest ad tech news and industry blogs. Luke’s fascination with technical efficiency makes him a natural fit at Canopy.

Morgan brings a diversified skillset to Canopy’s Account Management team. Her work experience has helped her develop a foundation of trust and to build long-term relationships with her customers. She is an advocate of effective communications and strives to ensure that all parties are listened to and understood. These three core focus areas have allowed her to grow her book of business and develop working relationships. Morgan is organized, ambitious and highly attentive when it comes to all aspects of campaign management and execution.

Britany is one of the dynamic forces behind search engine marketing strategies at Canopy, where she leads optimization and campaign tactics with a focus on Google Search and PPC ads. She’s driven by a profound passion for maximizing online visibility and driving conversions through strategic marketing initiatives. Britany’s expertise lies in leveraging the power of search engines to amplify business intelligence and engage target audiences effectively.

With an MBA in Digital Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Britany brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. She excels at developing tailored approaches to meet clients’ long-term goals, optimizing media plans, and implementing multi-channel strategies across various verticals.

Outside of work she is a skilled musician who enjoys playing the drums and spending time caring for the animals on her hobby farm.

Christine is one of Canopy’s Google Adwords Specialists. With a background in nonprofit marketing, she strives to see the human impact behind raw numbers. Having graduated from American University with a BS in Biology, Christine is very hands-on and detail-oriented in her approach to data and is dedicated to providing the best possible results.

An avid DIY-er, Christine loves to do gardening, baking, and needlework in her spare time, as well as drawing and gaming.
