Adam Wilensky

Director of Marketing and Communications

Adam is Canopy’s Director of Marketing and Communications and brings years of B2B and B2C marketing, branded content development, publicity and strategic business implementation to the table.

Prior to joining Canopy, Adam worked with various ad agencies on key accounts and trade show activations. He was also a long-time 20th Century Fox marketing executive, where he managed global partnerships and digital application development with brands including Google, Apple, Verizon and Samsung. Adam thrives on a spirit of collaboration, teamwork and innovation.

Kayla Bravo

Coordinator, Digital Media and Operations

Kayla supports all aspects of Canopy’s Digital Media and Operations team and brings a variety of skills in strategic and integrated marketing to the company. In addition to facilitating data analysis, Kayla coordinates all aspects of multi-channel campaign reporting, optimization and client management.

Kayla is dependable and is passionate about learning, growing, and finding new ways to help develop the organization. Through her previous work experience, she has learned that communication and creating a supportive work environment are key to success. Kayla plans on expanding her educational focus on multiple aspects of digital marketing and advertising technology.

Bobby Youngs

Founder, Creative and Strategy

Bobby Youngs is Canopy’s founder and serves as director of Creative and Strategy. He brings more than twenty-five years of in-depth advertising and media planning experience to each campaign. Bobby’s diverse professional background spans multiple disciplines. Through his career, Bobby has lead creative, production, sales, and advertising operations for various media groups and is widely sought after as a consultant and subject matter expert. “Advertising technology and its targeting sophistication are fascinating, but it’s still important to keep core advertising principles in mind, and how strategic thinking can maximize each opportunity.”

Bobby most enjoys the creative ideation process and helping our agency partners develop the most effective strategy for their client’s campaigns. “I started Canopy with the mission in mind to offer best-in-class ad tech to agencies and marketers who might otherwise be forced to purchase through large media outlets. I believe that Canopy is ideally positioned to provide our clients with a personal level of service that is generally missing from big media companies.”

When Bobby is not crafting a new digital strategy for his clients you can find him enjoying time with his wife Sidney and son and daughter Robin and Jesse.

Devin O’Connor

Director, Digital Media and Operations

Devin is at the helm of optimization and campaign strategy for Canopy. She is passionate about creative thinking and taking a tactical approach to business intelligence and audience engagement. Devin helps clients exceed their long-term goals by optimizing their media plans and developing multi-channel, cross-vertical approaches to each unique challenge.  She is a hands-on leader, emphasizes constant communication, and implements concepts that quantifiably improve the value of data collection and audience targeting.

Devin has a life-long passion for strategic marketing and has worked with multiple platforms since earning her degree in Mass Media from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. When she is not working, she can usually be found near a lake with her yellow lab, Sully.

Liliana Guzman

Digital Strategist

Liliana is Canopy’s digital media strategist and is responsible for project management, data analysis and campaign optimization. She studied Marketing Innovation and Growth at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and has worked with CRM Management, data reporting and managing team improvement strategies.

Liliana believes in the importance of creating meaningful relationships and is motivated by a passion for lifelong learning. She strives to expand her knowledge about all areas of digital marketing to determine how a variety of tools and techniques can enhance both the audience and client’s experiences. She adds a positive and determined attitude to the team and demonstrates persistence through creative and colorful problem-solving skills.

Wesley Greene

Managing Partner

Wesley Greene brings an entreprenurial mindset to everthing he does. He has a long and accomplished track record of launching cross-vertical, rapid-scale startups from idea to exit, including real estate, finance and environmentally sustainable blue technology.

Wesley applies rigorous strategic guidance to all endeavors as an extension of his philosophy to identify a partner’s most essential needs in order to achieve truly transformational results. Wesley earned his executive MBA from Wake Forest University.

Outside of Canopy, Wesley is active in the Asheville business and social community and is an avid outdoorsman. He enjoys spending time with his wife Jamie and their three children.
